Fullstack engineer and Tech Lead with ~10 years across software publishers, consultancies and regulated sectors (finance, aviation, public services). I build and run microservice systems (hexagonal architecture, event-driven, design-by-contract) on a Java/Quarkus & Node back end with React/Angular front ends, and I lift teams through it — coaching, testing culture, CI/CD, and pragmatic cloud (AWS, Terraform). Equally at home extracting shared services from a monolith and mentoring engineers toward the state of the art.

Tech Lead @ Amundi (via eXalt-IT) Sep 2024 → Present Present
Europe's largest asset manager, pivoting toward a software-vendor model. A ~40-person department (~20 engineers) owns the wealth-management solution, organised in feature teams under SAFe, amid heavy unmanaged tech debt, a vertical high-inertia org, demanding delivery pressure and a period of team turnover.
- Joined a feature team as Tech Lead; re-mobilised the team around quality, testing and engineering practice.
- Drove reporting / integration / retrofit work to move the legacy heavy Java client toward a more conventional client-server model, in a task-force, urgent-intervention format.
- Advised on the release train's sharpest pain points — environment instability, regressions, non-reproducible builds.
Developer Relations (internal) @ eXalt-IT Nov 2023 → Sep 2024
Internal role reporting directly to the two co-founders: conductor and advocate of the technical community (Dev, Data, Ops) toward the staff, driver of internal initiatives, and administrator of eXalt-IT's AWS platform.
- Structured and automated the technical-assessment side of recruitment plus coaching/skill-up (Power Automate in V1, an in-house ad-hoc tool in V2).
- Mentored engineers in hexagonal architecture, TDD, API management (REST, gRPC; Kafka, RabbitMQ) and infrastructure (SQL/NoSQL persistence, Redis caching).
- Restructured and rationalised the AWS infrastructure, cutting monthly cloud costs by 50%+.
- Led an external vendor to rebuild the corporate site from WordPress to a near-zero-compute Jamstack architecture.
- Set up kata & coaching tracking boards wired into the company's communication tools.
Senior Software Engineer @ eXalt-IT — Harvest May 2022 → Nov 2023
Software publisher in wealth management. Re-platforming a monolith to microservices via the strangler-fig pattern, extracting shared cross-cutting services for all Harvest teams. 12-person team with a high quality bar and continuous-improvement culture (Kaizen).
- Built & ran cross-cutting microservices (Tenant Management, Identity) and business services (Fees) using hexagonal architecture, design-by-contract and event-driven architecture.
- Built & ran an Angular front end on Harvest's internal framework / design system.
- Built a Core framework to ease team adoption of the Quarkus/MicroProfile stack (Outbox pattern, error management, tenant context, mediator pattern).
- Ran POCs / spikes for new tech (OpenTelemetry rollout, time-series databases) and spread best practices to other Harvest teams.
Software Engineer @ Takima — Total EV Charge (TEVC) Jan 2020 → May 2022
Total's worldwide business unit for EV charging — from installing charge points to running charging fleets as an operator. Microservice architecture (Java/Spring Boot services + Node/ Angular PWAs over a RabbitMQ bus). 5-person Scrum team, two-week sprints.
- Built several B2B and B2G progressive web apps.
- Implemented cross-cutting features across the microservices.
- Took part in migrating the existing IS to Azure with Ansible infrastructure-as-code.
- Owned technical design on structuring topics (payment process, end-user journey).
Software Engineer (training) @ Takima Nov 2019 → Jan 2020
Takima's internal bootcamp: built a marketplace across several training modules.
- Java 11 + SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) back end with Spring Boot 2, Hibernate 5, Spring Data JPA.
- DevOps toolchain — Docker, Ansible, a continuous-delivery pipeline; Git, Maven, Flyway.
Junior Technical Referent @ Klee Group — DGAC (French Civil Aviation Authority) Aug 2019 → Oct 2019
Framework contract to build and maintain part of the DGAC application estate. Project METEOR, a monolith easing regulatory exchange between the DSAC and civil-aviation actors. V-model team of five developers, a senior tech lead and a project manager.
- Migrated the project from TFVC to Git and set up a TFS/Jenkins CI/CD pipeline.
- Introduced practices — code review, test automation, feature branching.
- Built a functional module of lot 2 and integrated the DGAC's document-management system (in-house, OpenCMIS/Alfresco).
- Cut the defect rate at factory-acceptance delivery by ~50%.
Fullstack Developer @ Klee Group Feb 2018 → Jul 2019
IT services company; assignments for public and private clients (DGAC — METEOR lot 1, OLAF-GEN, MEDRANO/Alphatango drone registration; AGEFICE — Agnes; Renault Sport — Travel Planner) across teams of varying size.
- Technical design and modelling; ran design workshops with business stakeholders.
- Implemented features and kept applications in operational condition (anomaly resolution).
- Improved deployment processes — set up CI/CD pipelines, improved existing workflows.
- Supported business and ops users through acceptance, install and go-live.
Fullstack Developer @ CGI — CFE (Caisse des Français de l'Étranger) Sep 2016 → Jan 2018
Social-security fund providing health-cover continuity for French expatriates, modernising its IS. Part of a ~10-person application-maintenance team (TMA), V-model, across maintenance and build.
- Analysed and fixed anomalies; took part in every build phase from design workshops to specs, feature delivery, integration and acceptance of components from a service centre.
- Wrote technical documentation for both the legacy and newly integrated components.
Study Engineer — Intern @ CGI — CNSA (Caisse Nationale de Solidarité pour l'Autonomie) Apr 2016 → Sep 2016
National body distributing "journée de solidarité" funds nationwide.
- Built a POC to industrialise the functional acceptance testing of a web application.
Study Engineer — Intern @ DGA — MNRBC Jun 2015 → Aug 2015
Multidisciplinary maintenance team working on complex systems.
- Produced operational documentation for on-call teams covering newly delivered systems.
